Founder & President
Katie is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. She has significant experience in accounting, with an emphasis on general ledger analysis, financial reporting, streamlining processes, cash flow projections, and budgeting.
She has built her practice providing tax and accounting services to closely-held businesses. She enjoys creating professional relationships with small businesses from start-up to growth.
Her firm serves the Abilene and Big Country communities as well as virtually across the state. In her off-duty hours, Katie enjoys hosting gatherings with family and friends, traveling, and winemaking.

Accounting & Operations Manager
Renae has a business degree in finance and a professional background in financial administration and operations. Renae assists clients with all of their accounting needs: from full-service bookkeeping, payroll, projects, and other client services.
She serves on the board for her church’s daycare and participates in Sunday school and women’s activities at church. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and attending her children’s sports activities in her free time.

Accounting & Admin. Specialist
Nieves is the accounting and administrative specialist. She focuses on our client's tax preparation, accounting, and payroll needs. She gained experience in business management and is continuing her accounting and tax preparation education.
She is married to her husband, Adrian, and they have two sons. She enjoys traveling and attending her children's sporting events.

This means that we do not perform audits, reviews, or compilation work engagements and therefore are not required to register with the State Board of Accountancy. Any CPA staff member that has a valid and good standing CPA license is registered with the Board Accountancy on an individual basis. Our relation to the Board of Accountancy does not affect our ability to provide compliance-related services in areas of tax, accounting and consulting.
