Key City Business Solutions was founded by Katie Parnell, CPA who is based out of Abeliene, Texas. Key City got its name and many of its first clients from the small town of Abeliene, yet they have expanded over time to provide services all over the US virtually.

KEY CITY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS NOT A REGISTERED CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRM.

This means that we do not perform audits, reviews, or compilation work engagements and therefore are not required to register with the State Board of Accountancy. Any CPA staff member that has a valid and good standing CPA license is registered with the Board Accountancy on an individual basis. Our relation to the Board of Accountancy does not affect our ability to provide compliance-related services in areas of tax, accounting and consulting.
